Getting to your page.

On iPhone Duo

  1. Keep a question in your mind, close the device, then open it.
  2. Your answer gradually appears as you unfold the screen. Closing and reopening returns to the same page.
  3. For another round, choose New question and follow the onscreen instruction to close and open again.

On a standard iPhone

  1. Think of a question silently. There is nothing to type or say.
  2. If an answer is already shown, choose New question first.
  3. Tap Reveal answer. If Private reveal is on, complete the system authentication before reading.
  4. Take your time with the response. Choose New question when you want to begin another round.

A few useful answers.

Why do I keep seeing the same answer?

Your current page is preserved when you return to AskZine or restart it. On Duo, closing and reopening also returns to that page. Choose New question to start a new round.

How does Private reveal work?

Turn on Private reveal in the app menu. Apple’s device-owner authentication protects your page. With Private reveal enabled, authenticate before reading your page again when you return to the app. AskZine receives the result, not your face data, fingerprint, or device passcode.

What if I cancel, or authentication is unavailable?

If authentication is cancelled, fails, or is unavailable, your answer remains protected. Cancelling does not start another round or replace your answer. Follow the app’s onscreen prompt to try again when ready.

If authentication is unavailable, check your device’s passcode and Face ID or Touch ID settings in iOS Settings. If you still cannot reveal the page, contact support with the message you see. Never send your passcode or biometric information.

Can I change sound and haptics?

Open the app menu to control Sound and Haptics independently. Output also depends on supported hardware and your device and system settings.

How do I remove local data?

Deleting the app removes its local data — the current round, recent answer identifiers, and preferences. There is no in-app erase control; backups are managed through Apple settings.

To delete support correspondence, just email us — the privacy policy has the details.

Which iPhones will it support?

The first release is being prepared for supported iPhones running iOS 27.0 or later. The close-and-open interaction requires iPhone Duo with iOS 27.1 or later. Standard iPhones use Reveal answer.

Where can I get AskZine?

AskZine is coming soon to iPhone. It is not yet available to download. Apple will handle App Store payments; for help with the app itself, contact the developer.
